	Doug Benton - Broker dbenton@cbasre.com After nearly 35 years in broadcasting, advertising and public relations, Doug chose a real estate career as a way of rejoining his former morning radio partner and long-time friend Ray Penny at All State Real Estate in Coos Bay. Through the years, he has served as a pastor, counselor and public speaker. He and his wife, Beth, established and, for eight years, administered Harvest House, a private, non-profit transitional home for recovering addicts, convicts and displaced individuals. It naturally follows that assisting people with the crucial decisions involved in acquiring or selling property is particularly rewarding. Doug lives with his wife, Beth, who is currently studying for her real estate license. A total of six children and stepchildren have produced eleven grandchildren and two great-grand children. Doug is a published author and a contributing artist to Ducks Unlimited.

	Sheila Carlstrom - Broker sc scarlstrom@allstaterealestate.com Sheila joined the All State Real Estate team in 2007 after selling a coffee house she and her husband owned and operated for four years. Sheila met her husband, Andrew, in 1992 while they were both stationed at a Marine Corps Air Base in Iwakuni, Japan. They married in 1993, and their long awaited first child, Addisyn Lee, finally arrived in 2006. Sheila has a varied employment background that includes Bookkeeping, Health Services, Social Services, Cost Accounting, and Sales and Marketing. She graduated from Roseburg High School and has taken continuing education courses in studies relevant to every employment environment in which she has been a part. Husband Andrew currently works as a forestry technician for Fortec Forestry and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Concordia University of St. Paul, MN. He is also an officer in the Oregon National Guard, and is currently working on a secondary degree in Natural Resources through Oregon State University. He is a transplant from Minnesota who has found his home in Oregon. Sheila and her husband have a deep commitment to the community in which they live and serve. They have truly found a place they are proud to call “home,” and Sheila gains great satisfaction from helping others find their perfect home, too.

Married for 13 years to Athan, a U.S. Coast Guard Master Chief Petty Officer, they have two children, Daniel and Aaron. He received numerous listings and sales awards and became a million dollar producer his first year. Ray became a broker in 1997 and soon after purchased the Realty World franchise office in Coos Bay.
